We all create our own reality, and our realities are intertwined with those of every other being on Earth. I’m creating my own reality based on ahimsa (non-violence) in my thoughts, words and actions. This is why I choose to be vegan, to spread non-violence throughout my reality and the realities of all beings on this Earth. Big results come from many small changes accumulated over time – the Japanese principle of kaizen – and I believe we can reach a world of ahimsa by all collectively making small changes towards it within our own realities.

I’m a Gold Coast (Australia) vegan girl promoting a healthy, happy and cruelty-free lifestyle by sharing my recipes, knowledge, advice and tips with the world! I care deeply about people, the environment, and animal welfare, and strive to lead a loving, cruelty-free, socially and environmentally conscious lifestyle. I am a creative cook, plant-based living guru, yogi and yoga teacher, and passionate people and animal lover!
I graduated with a Bachelor of Health Science in 2013 and completed two years of Medical School, both at Griffith University, before realising I was much more passionate about preventing, rather than treating, dis-ease in the body. Since then I have completed over 400 hours of yoga teacher training, in India and at Essence of Living in Australia; I have worked as a plant-based cook and yoga teacher throughout Europe, Asia and Australia; I have held multiple plant-based cooking classes on the Gold Coast; and taught various workshops around the world.
I’ve always been passionate about cooking and food. I’ve been creating beautiful, delicious meals ever since I can remember! Or maybe ever since I was old enough to realise I didn't like Mum’s cooking and started to make my own… Sorry Mum, love you!
My passion for food has only flourished since becoming vegan at the start of 2013. This forced me to experiment with unique flavours and food combinations, and become more creative in my recipe creations.
I want EVERYONE to realise the full potential of plant-based food. Vegan food does not have to be boring! In fact the most amazing food I’ve had in my life has been vegan!
My favourite pastime is to cook beautiful, delectable plant-based dishes for non-vegans and watch them as they marvel in the spectacular flavours. When I create recipes, my goal is to achieve a dish that does not ‘taste vegan’. So I promise you that not only vegans, but vegetarians and omnivores also, will all love my recipes!
