Why should I eat avocados? (I heard no one say ever…) They are made up of 80% water and dietary fibre. They are made up of 15% monounsaturated fatty acids, which protect against cardiovascular disease. Avocados are low in sugar and high in vitamins, minerals and phytochemicals!
