Awaken the Heart

This practise is all about awakening the heart and anahata chakra - our energetic centre for unconditional love, compassion, empathy, forgiveness, kindness and joy. Feel deeply into its energy during this practise as we also release the neck and open the chest.

Stretch the Breath & Neck & Lower Back Release

Find an even, steady, deep and lengthened breath in this practise that flows through the whole class. You'll find a delicious release through the neck & lower back. You'll need a cushion, pillow or bolster, or folded up blanket for this practice.

Become the Breath & Neck, Shoulder & Lower Back Release

In this class we allow the awareness to fully melt into the beautiful wave of breath as it continually, softly, deeply and gently flows through the body. You'll need a cushion, pillow or bolster, or folded up blanket for this practice. You'll also get a beautiful release for the neck, shoulders, lower back and hamstrings. This is a very relaxing practise, great for periods when you feel stressed, anxious or to practise before bed to help you sleep.

Nadi Shodan Pranayama, Hip Flexor & Back Release

In this class we do an extended breathing (pranayama) practise - nadi shodan, which balances and harmonises the two opposing energy forces within. You'll find a delicious release through the neck, hip flexors & lower back, and at the end we sink deep into relaxation with a guided yoga nidra lying down in savasana. You'll need a cushion, pillow or bolster, or folded up blanket for this practice.

Loving Gratitude Breath, & Side, Lower Back & Hamstring Release

This class really focuses on slow, sweet breaths filled with gratitude, love and appreciation for our multitude of blessings. You'll find a delicious release through the neck, side body, lower back & hamstrings, and you'll connect deeply to heart energy, feeling full of gratitude and appreciation for your life. You'll need a cushion, pillow or bolster, or folded up blanket for this practice.

Clear the Mind, Sacral Chakra Activation, Hip Openers & Creativity

In this class we had a request to bring about mental clarity, invite creativity and open the hips. You'll need a cushion, pillow or bolster, or folded up blanket for this practice. Create a clear and empty mind with nadi shodan pranayama, then invite an energetic activation of the sacral chakra while opening the hips, birthing creativity within.

Heart & Shoulder Openers, Neck Release & Mindful Awareness of Each Breath & Sensation

In this class we had a request for shoulder opening. You'll need a cushion, pillow or bolster, or folded up blanket for this practice. Find opening in the shoulders, heart, sides & a release through the neck. In this practice we'll really sink into mindful awareness of each breath and each sensation on and in the body. Be prepared to bliss out!

Spinal Flow, Wrist & Elbow Release, Loving & Compassionate Breath

In this class we had a request for wrist & forearm release. From our delicious flowy stretches where we release the wrists, spine, neck, shoulders & chest, we flow into a loving and compassionate deep breath, the floats into a beautiful heart-expanding meditation. You can practise the meditation part sitting or lying down, whatever you feel most comfortable with.

Neck Release & Chakra Meditation

This is the meditation I do myself every morning. It's a great way to start your day feeling centred and aligned, or a great way to reset after a long day. We focused on each chakra for 3 minutes, making this a 21min meditation. At home I do 4 minutes on each chakra & 6 minutes on the seventh chakra, making my daily meditation 30 minutes. You can practise the meditation part sitting or lying down, whatever you feel most comfortable with. The timer I use is called Insight Timer (it's an application you can download on your smartphone).

Yogic Breath, Stretch the Breath & Become the Breath

This class is mostly lying down so is great if you're feeling tired & drained or at the end of the day to help you relax before sleep! A gentle twist, release for the neck and the shoulders but mostly concentrated on connecting to, and becoming one with, the breath.

Shoulder, Neck & Glute Stretches, Nadi Shodan Pranayama & Third Eye & Crown Meditation

We start with some gentle seated glute stretches, shoulder blade & neck stretches flow into a Nadi Shodan Pranayama breathing practise which harmonises the let and right sides of the body, and yin & yang energies, and finish with a third eye & crown chakra awakening & expanding meditation. Grab a bolster/folded blanket/pillow/meditation cushion & sit on the edge for added comfort. We are seated in the same position for most of the time so feel free to move around & shuffle or change your seat if you get uncomfortable! Also feel free to lie down at anytime!

Seated Neck Stretches, Kriya Pranayama & Heart Chakra Meditation

We start with some gentle seated neck stretches, flow into a Kriya Pranayama breathing practise which cleanses the energy channels in the body, and finish with a heart chakra awakening & expanding meditation. Grab a bolster/folded blanket/pillow/meditation cushion & sit on the edge for added comfort. We are seated in the same position the whole time so feel free to move around & shuffle or change your seat if you get uncomfortable!
